  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Handling Time

Handling time refers to how long we take to prepare your order before handing it over to the courier.

  • Handling Time: 0–1 business days
    (We dispatch most orders the same day.)

3. Delivery / Transit Time

Transit time is the period the courier takes to deliver your order after dispatch.

Nairobi Deliveries

  • Same day – 1 business day, depending on your exact location and the time the order was placed.

Major Towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Meru, Nyeri, etc.)

  • 1–2 business days

Other Towns & Remote Areas

  • 2–3 business days

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Based on order cut-off, handling, and transit time:

All destinations in Kenya:

1–4 business days

(Google automatically calculates and displays this estimate at checkout based on your location.)

The courier used depends on your location for the fastest delivery.

6. Shipping Days

We dispatch orders on:

  • Monday – Saturday

No dispatch or delivery on:

  • Sundays

  • Public holidays

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and the courier used.
You will see the exact delivery fee during checkout or receive a confirmation via WhatsApp.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking code or reference number via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your parcel directly with the courier.

9. Delivery Issues & Delays
